About…
Sell Your Car Scotland
Branding:
Sell Your Car Scotland | AKA: Sell Car Scotland.

History:
Site was setup in summer 2010, but they didn’t launch until 2011. You’ll spot that the logo reads (.com), but they no longer use that extension. Any visits there redirect to the featured (.co.uk). Kirsty Fraser-Shaw registered the domain, but both branches are managed by William Bennetton. One of these would likely be the founder.

Network:
There are 2 branches that are located in Glasgow and Hamilton. Both of which are open between Monday and Friday (9am/6pm), Saturday (9am/5pm) and Sunday (11am/4pm).

Online:
www.sellyourcarscotland.co.uk.

Owner:
Private.

Profile:
There is likely going to be a balance between company searches and general enquiries for services across Scotland and so it is difficult to measure their web popularity. They have been operating since 2011 that is an indicator that they could be well known, but on the other side they have no listings on the leading review sites as seen below. Whilst going niche by country may help them, they are unfortunate to serve areas where WeBuyAnyCar.com thrives. They have for instance 3 branches across Glasgow as well as various others up north.

No companies.

Reviews (Sell Your Car Scotland Reviews @ Feefo, Review Centre & Trustpilot):
No listings at either site.

The Process:
The usual process of web, book, inspection is in place here. Quotes are provided within seconds of entering some basic details at www.sellyourcarscotland.co.uk. You’ll then be asked to select your closest branch. They may currently only have 2 of these, but they are at least open 7 days a week. It is not made clear how long the price quoted will be valid for. For a quick turnaround you may wish to opt with their same day payout at an extra charge. Since this is by CHAPS you’ll need to initiate the payment in good time before banking cut-off times (typically 2pm or 3pm).

The Service Fees and Payouts:
There is no admin charge. The standard slow payment is free, whilst same day is £25.
